  • Post-Hoc The factor for which the post hoc comparisons should be calculated.
  • Type The type of comparison. Tukey does all pairwise comparisons
  • Estimate confidence intervals Should confidence intervals be calculated.
  • Correction If the factor has more than two levels, this option allows for correcting the p-values and confidence intervals for multiple comparisons.
